When I submit for a review, the system said "this review cannot be submitted until the "LEED® Certification Agreement " is signed off". I have completed all the pre-requisites and attempted credits, except that I didn't upload the "Data release form", as I don't know where to upload.
Would any give me a clue? Anything I missed?

Did you submit P1 Form 1? All those boxes have to be checked and one has to do with data release. The owner is the Required Signatory for that form. em

I got it. In registration details, the owner information is another person, who didn't have an account in LEED online. The problem was solved as long as I changed the owner information.
But still, I don't know where to upload the data release form. I just checked the box in P1 form. I've submitted for review, without data release form.

I don't think USGBC is requiring this to be uploaded right now.

I am having the same problem. When i try to submit a project for Preliminary Design Review I get "This review cannot be submitted until the "LEED® Certification Agreement " is signed off." P1 form 1 has been completed and the Owner has signed off as required.
Any ideas? Thanks

One of the items on the owner registration form was blank... the owner and I both missed it. Once that was completed the required form was generated and the owner signed of on it.

Dear all,
I am doing my first LEED certification of a building in Madrid Spain, and I have the same problem than you when submitting for a review. After reading your post I go to P1 F1 and I realise have done an electronic signature (just putting an M as a signature).
Although it has compliance it seems it is not enough. What must I do? Must I print P1 F1 and send it to the owner in order to be signed?Where do I upload it, since I do not see any place to upload it?
By the way.....to make the review is it better I do it for all prerrequisites together or is it better I do it individually?
Many thanks

I am also still recieving the "This review cannot be submitted until the "LEED Certification Agreemet" is signed off" Submittal Error. Everything on PI f1 is signed, all the required fields in the Registration/ Project Information page is filled out for the owner. What am I missing? The online help mentions making sure the "information in the two owner accounts match" - what two accounts are they talking about? The owner isn't super computer savy, so I am trying to troubleshoot as much as I can so I can explain clearly what the owner has to do.

Hi Renne
To make sign someone digitally first the person must be included as a project member in leedonline. Once this is done, the person who must sign must entry in leed online with his computer (the staff member is assigned to a single computer).
Hope it helps

I also found this link in the 'Registration Details' tab. It notes that once the Owner information matches up in two locations then the Owner can log-in (make sure to log-off) and they will be prompted to sign the agreement.
