Our project is bounded by a stream on one side, a road on another and 2 sides are on an active pedestrian mall (non motorized) with retail and restaurants meeting the height to width ratio. This area is ontop of parking and building functional spaces. Does the 50' between street trees apply to pedestrian streets?
