Storm Water Quantity and Quality in Washington DC

Hi,

Our project is a Olympic pool with Bathouse in a National Park Service site, ZIP 20024, because the watertable is higher than normal and pool depth goes below of it, we are implementing a Dewatering System via 80 wells around perimeter and discharging groundwater into DC Municipal Stormwater Sewer System (MS4) not before  treating it as per DOEE Water Quality Division guidelines. Permit has been granted for this $200k. sytem and we are proceeding as per their monitoring and weekly Test reports by their Lab (DC SWQS).

The question:

1:We like to submit and apply please for an additional ID category point since we are essentially making the storwater free of TAL list such as Iron, Nickel, Mercury and Arsenic before being discharged into Storm.

2: To which Credit should be applied, SSc6.1 or SSc6.2 or both?

(All referenced Permits and System Documentation ready upon request)
