We have several projects where storage for "peak visitors" may not be practical. Might LI #2422 apply in these cases? Or can anyone suggest a different compliance path? In each case, ample bike storage and showers are provided for FTE and for "average" visitors (as opposed to "peak" visitors).
1. A corporate training center that has less than a dozen FTE, but hosts large training sessions year round. Attendees stay at nearby hotels and are then shuttled to the building for the training, so they have neither cars nor bicycles with them.
2. An event space associated with a hotel (not the hotel itself) periodically hosting large events for guests unlikely to arrive by bicycle.
Thanks for any suggestions.

Ryan, this seems like a possible application for LEED Interpretation 2422. Do a narrative as described there, and see if GBCI accepts it!
