Are throw rugs subject to the credit requirements?

Hello Ruju,
v4.1 - Either of the above requirement meets the VOC content evaluation for the Paints and Coatings category.
v4 - Either of the California Air Resources Board (CARB) 2007, Suggested Control Measure (SCM) for Architectural Coatings, or the South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) Rule 1113, effective June 3, 2011 will meet the VOC content evaluation for the Paints and Coating category.
