We have a school project where the district has contracts for use of spaces in the building by outside community organizations. Does the term "exclusive" mean that these spaces can't also be used for school functions? The spaces are a auxiliary gym/stage used by a community theater group and wrestling room used by a "peewee" wrestling group in the summer. I was hoping to get the exemplary performance credit by meeting requirements for options 1 & 2.

Jim, where are you seeing the term "exclusive"? I don't see it in the credit language.

It looks like the credit language says "dedicated-use", but the LEEDUser Birds Eye View language under the "Three Options" section says "Option 2 is to provide two spaces in the school for exclusive use by another organization." 'Exclusive use' threw us off, too, but 'dedicated-use' is more straight forward to understand.
