Under the category of borrowing credits from other rating systems, I am looking at the potential to use the "Joint Use of Facilities" credit from Schools as an ID credit for NC. The project is a higher ed building designed to support and incubate entrepreneurial partnerships with business, and host programs for outside organizations and the community. Does anyone have experience using SSc10 as an ID credit or opinions on whether this approach seems reasonable for this project? Thanks!
