Hi all,
I need an information about the location of the bicycle rack.
I’m working on a Core&shell shopping center, less than 300,000 square feet.
The shopping center has more entrances at different levels.
Can I locate the bicycle rack outside my LEED Boundary, within 200 yards, but on a public space which is at the services of the shopping center but is not owned by owner?
Exactly I would like to put the racks near the exterior wall of the Boundary.
Thanks.

Hi Giusy,
There is no requirement for the bike racks to be within the LEED boundary, only that you "provide secure bicycle racks and/or storage within 200 yards of a building entrance... Spaces should be easily accessible by building occupants throughout the year, free of charge."
