Has anyone received an exemption for uplight and light trespass for sports fields? Or know the reason why the exemptions from v3 were not carried over? V4 has trespass exemptions for theatrical purposes for stage, film, and video performances...I was surprised that sports fields were not on the list. Thank you!

Hi Michelle,  I have the same question. Did you get the answer to your question?. Could you help me?. We have a project in the ML0 and would like to illuminate a football field and the luminaries usually have an uplight "pollution".    thanks

I do not know of anyone that got an exemption for sports lighting on v4.  I also don't know why it was not carried over from v3.
