SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES?

I have found that when you are seeking "Alternative Compliance Path", once you select this option a text box opens. Enter the description in that box and the credit will show "Compliance Documented:" at the bottom of the page. Obviously this does not mean you will be granted the exception, but it does allow the form to marked complete. I would think that this would be the same for "Special Circumstances". At first I merely checked the box and then I found you actually have to ad text to make it register.
