Space Usage Type - Regularly and Unconditioned SF

Hello! Under the Space Usage Type table, how do you fill in the table for those spaces that are exempted from IEQc8.1 and 2, but are still conditioned? For example, we entered 64,000 GSF, regularly occupied area as 45,450.9 SF and 21,949.1 SF as unconditioned space. However, we have a space that is not to be included in the "regularly occupied area" (because its not included in calcs for EQc8.1), but its also conditioned. Do the regularly occupied area and unconditioned area need to add up to GSF? I imagine they do but then how do we handle the space I described above? Create another line or not include at all? Thanks!
