Southface / BuildingGreen meeting notes - 5/23/18

Southface to provide "style tiles" before 6/15- My take on this was you’d be ready for style tiles by then. I’ll need to confer with Jaimie (scheduled for next week before our all hands call) and follow up on a delivery date. Greg to send to Andrea, couple dozen images for Best Practice pages- We’ll pull some of our own photographs to send over for BG. It may be our fellow who does this. Southface will send, in week to 10 days, "full content" for BP03 - Energy Audit- yes (BP03 "full content" will address categories for toolkit)- yes Will use Cody David for SSO test account- yes. I’ve asked him to verify his account and add photo, etc. Need name, picture, title, credentials for "Experts" (pull from SF?)- we’ll have to supply this as we recruit them. We’ll probably send you batches rather than one at a time. Jenny and Dan are assisting in the recruiting. BG to provide "content ready" site by 6/15 Begin Home Page mockups after 6/15- won’t start this until we have style tiles, etc. Sales Force SSO delivered after 6/15- let’s confirm on all hands call when Ben returns and Dennis is on the call. Any site navigation coordination after BITbuilding.org mockups August 1st - deadline for beta launch to SF participants- this is the goal in order to give pilot participants time to explore the site, start forum discussions, etc. One hope is the site already is active and appears so at the time of the public launch September 12th, public launch- yes, at Southface’s Visionary Dinner M.
