Is a soil test needed both before and AFTER construction to show that soil has been restored? We are tyring to understand how to document the restoration of the soil. We completed soil tests prior to construction to understand soil qualities and deficieinces. Amendments were added to back fill and the soil was decompacted. Can we simply state this or do we need testing to prove the soil has been restored?
