Regarding the ETS Control Requirement for LEEDv4 that prohibits smoking inside the building and within the property line. Is it allowed to provide a certain area say 11th floor for smoking? This is a Commercial BPO Building? And since this is a prerequisite, should they provide an area, can they be disqualified for LEED Certification?

Hi Dean, interior designated smoking spaces are not allowed under v4 for commercial buildings. Only residential projects have that option.
