For the prerequisite requirement to add R-19 insulation to floor / slab under energystar, is it required on every floor?
Knowing that all floors are airconditioned,
The team doesn't find the need to insulate floors / slabs as long as it separates two conditioned spaces, which we kind of agree also..
Any thoughts?
