Our project is considering LEED after construction has begun. Can we meet the EAp1 requirements and thus be eligible for LEED certification?

The project I am hired to commission is a day drive. Is it possible to only review the contractors tests or is on site necessary or required?

A site visit is required unless there are extenuating circumstances such as COVID lockdowns. this happened on my project in Thailand. GBCI allowed us to 'remote commission' the system. we dialed into the BAS while local team members sequenced the systems. this link may be useful: https://www.gbci.org/adapted-certification-review but a 'day drive' may not be considered to be extunuating. good luck!
