Dear Concern:-
I have purchased renewable electrical energy (Power Purchase Agreement) from the nearest solar power plant as Kwh so I have to get a point in Renewable energy via Tier 2 because the solar power plant starts only before the year so can we use the solar power cost in EAp2 for saving (subtract solar energy cost in proposed and claim saving)
can we count offsite renewable and Energy purchased from Electricity which produce electricity only from renewable energy for saving because we purcase electricity only from Solar power plant and they doesnot sell green attributes to anyone (Green Power)

The credit language states - "Tier 2 off-site renewable energy as defined in EA credit Renewable Energy may be subtracted from proposed greenhouse gas emissions prior to calculating proposed building performance."

Dear Concern:-
Actually we purchase the power from Solar Power Plant (power Purchase aggrement) and the plant started just one year before our occupancy so is it count towards offsite renewable energy
