If the site was previously a greenfield do you have the option to do off-site preservation of land to comply or is limiting the site disturbance the only option? And would a golf course be a greenfield? Thanks!

I would think you could register for and pursue the ACP offered in Pilot Credit SSpc83 (donate $0.40/SF of Total Site Area to the National Fish + Wildlife Fund). It doesn't say anything specifically in there about being limited to only previously developed sites, so I would think you could argue that option is open to any type of project. I'm not sure how they'd classify a former golf course regarding whether it would be a Greenfield or Previously Developed.
