Site Management Policy

When compiling the list of requirements for this policy I was wondering if there is a specific goal that must be met to be considered "low emissions" for maintenance equipment? A big concern with our project's location is snow and ice removal. These are considerations that are looked at carefully even in schematic design. Knowing where the snow will be pushed aside to or whether it would need to be removed off site are important details. I often wonder if somehow we should be able to retain this snow and utilize it as it melts.
