Thank you for answering back Samantha, in our facility, landscape maintenance is done by an external contractor, and they handle the organic waste from the yard. And for food scrap, we have an average of 15 lbs per day which is very minimal. I have been looking for composting facilities and many cities already have that local service for their environmental department. I contacted ours and our city does not have any yet.
