NC-2009 EAp2: Minimum Energy Performance
Hello everyone,
We are working on campus project with two buildings. For compliance of minimum energy performance, the individual building compliance is required as per multiple buildings reference guide. The project site also includes Solar PV on each building roof and on-site.
We want to know whether it is acceptable to deduct on-site renewable energy generation from annual energy consumption of the proposed case to demonstrate minimum energy performance compliance.

A portion of our building envelope is historic. Can we exclude it from our model?
