Signage at Campus Entrance vs. Building Entrance

We have a project where we have already been through one round of review.  Reviewer wants the signage, as expected.  The entire campus is no smoking and it says that when you drive on to campus.  How do people on the Forum feel about the building signage as well? Do we also need to provide additional signage at building entrance stating the entire site / campus is smoke free?  I saw one post that said they had achieved this with just site signs.  Also, this is a big campus with multiple facilities, not just an entrance to this building.  Thanks in advance for any thoughts.

On several projects over the years that do not allow smoking on the site we have had to provide signage at the vehicular entrances to the site as well as at the entry points to the project building.
