Hi, In our project, continuous sidewalks of 2.5m width are provided for all street within the project boundary, but a portion of one of the sidewalks is filled with shrabs and trees and people can't go through it, therefore people have to walk on street outside of sidewalk. Does the portion contribute to 90%? Thanks in advance.
