Hi Robert, According to the Reference Guide, bicycle networks can include
· off-street bicycle paths or trails at least 8 feet (2.5 meters) wide for a two-way path and at least 5 feet (1.5 meters) wide for a one-way path
· physically designated on-street bicycle lanes at least 5 feet (1.5 meters) wide
· streets designed for a target speed of 25 mph (40 kmh)
You *might* be able to argue your sidewalk complies per the first bullet (assuming the width requirements are met) but that could also be an issue if you are counting it as a pedestrian walkway in other areas. Sounds like it might be a stretch to me but if you feel your project still meets the credit intent, I'd focus on making your case there.
