NC-2009 WEp1:Water Use Reduction—20% Reduction

Shower sets composed of two different fixtures

If a shower is composed of an overhead shower with 9 lpm and a hand shower with 6 lpm with a diverter (you can select either the overhead shower or the hand shower). Is it correct to assume a combined use of 7.5 lpm?

I think you have to go with the worst case scenario, not a combined average.
