With reference to LI #10209, I would appreciate clarification on the following:
LI#10209:Applies only to mixed use building. What is defined as non-residential component per this interpretation?
Would a leasing office, amenity area serving a residential building where the combined square footage of leasing and amenity is less than 10% of building Sq. Footage but greater than 5000 SF be considered as "non-residential component" for which we may be required to provide showers? The project has NO RETAIL component.
Appreciate your clarification.
Thanks

Aaron, could you clarify the occupancy? What is the area of the leasing office? How about the amenity space? And what is all that in relation to the total building, which is what kind of usage?I am having a little trouble getting a picture of the project. thanks.
