Yes, as long as it is on site.
CI
Provide a total of at least one on-site shower with changing facility for the first 100 regular building occupants and one additional shower for every 150 regular building occupants thereafter, up to 999 regular building occupants.

Hi, thank you for the response. In my case, there is a very large multi-tenant office building 68.000m2. Assuming 15 m2 per employee then that equals 4.500 employees. The tenant pursuing LEED ID+C occupies a portion of 4.000 square meters (i.e. the project boundary) with about 200 employees. The entire building has provided 4 showers available to all building users. Are the "regular occupants" all the building users or users of the project boundary? i.e. when working out how many showers do I use 4.500 employees or 2000 employees?
