On level -1 the club space is projected. According 'regularly occupied space' definition the club space is a an area where people spend more than one hour per person per day on average but the daylight access is not necessary due to the area's function. Moreover, there are no windows because it is underground. Should I include the club space in calculations? It seems to be pointless.
