SHGC for the whole window or just glass?

Hi, i am working on a WBS according to App. G. Regarding the fenestration of the baseline building the ASHRAE states an SHGC of 0.4 (climate zone 5). Is this value for the whole assembly (frame+glass) or is it just the glass (like the european g-value)? If it is just for the glass which frame rate has to be used - the same as in the proposed? Thanks in advance!

Based on the definitions below from 90.1 it appears that the whole assembly value is used. solar heat gain coefficient (SHGC): the ratio of the solar heat gain entering the space through the fenestration area to the incident solar radiation. Solar heat gain includes directly transmitted solar heat and absorbed solar radiation, which is then reradiated, conducted, or convected into the space. (See fenestration area.) fenestration area: total area of the fenestration measured using the rough opening and including the glazing, sash, and frame.
