Under what category should I assign the Sherwin Williams Pro Industrial Pro-Cryl Universal Primer? This is an acrylic primer.

pro-cryl rust inhibitor primer pro-cryl = rust inhibitor primer and LEED addenda dated 10/13/13 (I think) allows 250 g/l for such.
