Dear all,

I need to know what if my actual energy or water performance data shared on energy star exceeds the documented performance, what if the building uses more energy/water?  also what if it uses less energy?

Nothing. USGBC is gathering this data to see how LEED projects are actually performing and I don't think they are even comparing individual projects against the predictive calculations.
