One of our clients is starting a major refurbishment of an office building, located in the same campus of a large retail building (that will not be subjected to any intervention ) and intends to achieve a LEED Certification for the office building.

The campus is served by a carparking which is mainly used by the retail customers and the office building workers and visitors (but it is not a closed park, everyone can park there). There are no carparking spaces specifically allocated to the office building. However, workers and visitors of the office building can park their cars in the shared parking.

The question is: how can we evaluate compliance with LT LEED Credit Reduced Parking Footprint in this very specific case ?

Thanks in advance.
