Hello SDL-ers - 

The SDL Climate-Smart Wood Group hosts a monthly online forum for builders all over North America who care about wood - and if that sounds like you, you're invited! As builders, we want to advocate for the conscientious use of wood as part of a holistic commitment to climate justice and resilience. We have been meeting for about ~18 months now, hosting discussions and 'show-and-tells' pertaining to sustainable wood design and policy.

Our next meeting is on Wednesday, March 23rd at 11AM PST. If you, or a colleague you know, would like to learn more about wood in the upcoming year, please contact Patrick Donnelly (pdonnelly@integrusarch.com), Scott Barton-Smith (Scott.BartonSmith@timberlab.com) and myself (aianchenko@millerhull.com) for the invite information.

Thanks, Alex.  And thanks for keeping the energy flowing for this group.  I am looking forward to lively conversations with experts and wannabees (like myself) in the coming months.  I encourage anyone with an interest in advocating for the conscientious use of wood to join the group.
