SD Leaders 2019 Salary Survey

It’s here! By popular demand we’re re-running the SDL Salary Survey that we last ran in 2015.

This is for people who are currently in an SD Leader role at a firm. We’re sending this invitation out on both the Green Gurus and the SD Leaders forums, because some of you are still in transition and haven’t moved into the SD Leader forum yet. (If you have questions about that, contact Jerelyn: jerelyn@buildinggreen.com.)

There is a link at the end of the SurveyMonkey Survey to a Google form where you can register that you completed the survey—that way we’ll know who participated without having any identifying info in the actual survey. Results will be shared with those who participated and are part of the SD Leaders Peer Network.

This survey will close on Friday, February 15, and the report will be completed by March 15.

Use this link to complete the survey. Here is a PDF to collect your thoughts first if that is helpful.

Please let me know if you have any questions!

Is it possible for us to get a link to the salary survey results?  Our managing principal wants to review with me on Monday my Eco team's salaries (as they relate to other architectural teams' salaries).  It would be a big help to have some fodder for this discussion!

Hi Julie, Thanks for asking! The SD Leaders Salary Survey results went out this week to the people who participated in the survey and registered on the Google form that they participated--as RoseAnn described in her note here.  If you didn't get the results from RoseAnn, she must not have a record of you having participated in the survey. Please email her directly if you did participate, and she will work with you to verify that you did so she can send you the full results. (You can email anyone on this forum by going to the "Group Members" tab.)  For others who are interested; we're working on creating a high-level summary that we can share with everyone in the network; this is clearly a popular item so we're also planning to do it again much more quickly than we did last time!
