Hi All, we have about 40 people in our network of Sustainable Construction Leaders. These positions are not as numerous as they should be, and companies often have a difficult time applying a monetary value to what we bring to the table.
Participating in the salary survey can provide insights that help us all interpret our relative positions in the industry and help us to advocate for ourselves where needed.
BUT, it only works if you participate. So, please take the survey! Only survey participants will receive the survey results. The bigger the sample size, the more meaningful the final report.
Last time we had 22 respondents. So far we have 12. Let's see if we can get to 30!
You should have received an email from Survey Monkey on 1/6 at ~3:22 PM. Mine went to spam, so check your spam. You can only use the link that was sent to you because that's how Survey Monkey works with anonymizing the data and making sure they only receive one response per individual. Otherwise I'd paste a link here to make it easy.

Here's a quick update to Steven's call to action for the SCL Salary Survey. So far we have 25 submissions! Do we have five more that would be excited to participate?
As a reminder the Salary Survey report is only shared with those that participate. If you are eager to see this report by the end of February make sure your submission is in by end of day Friday, January 21st!
