Hello,

I was wondering if anyone had experience with RPT Section 470 (Green Building LEED Improvement Exemption) (https://www.nysenate.gov/legislation/laws/RPT/470, https://ecode360.com/28192392)?

I will be adding solar energy to our building this year, along with a new highly reflective roof, which will make LEED a possibilty for us. I thought that it would be especially advantageous if we could also benefit from this incentive, but I am unsure of how it would work when considering that solar would be the driving force in achieving the certification.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
