Dear All,
One of our clients is developing an hotel in which several rooms are located in the ground floor and have direct access to the garden through a sliding window door (in addition to the conventional access through and indoor corridor).
Shall we classify these doors as “regularly used exterior entrance” (therefore requiring the use of permanent entryway systems 3 meters long in the primary direction of travel, a requirement that is almost impossible to comply) or can we exclude these doors from this requirement ?
Thanks in advance
