Is a roofing adhesive that is intended to seal the roof deck to the vapour barrier considered to be on the inboard side of the weatherproofing membrane? The VOC content of the product I am reviewing is extremely high; however, I'm having trouble determining whether it would even need to comply with the credit requirements.

Is the vapour barrier the only air/vapour barrier? Then, yes it is -Single Ply Roof Membrane Adhesives - max VOC 250.
However, depending on the style of Construction, there is more than likely an air vapour barrier on the inboard side of the insulation, in this case, the answer to your question is no. Check the drawings or pose the question to the architect.

Single Ply Roof Membrane Adhesive is not listed as an option in the 'Non-Flooring Adhesives & Sealants' table. Which category would the roofing adhesive fall under?
