Roof Terrace Storm Drains

I'm working on a major remodel project next to the ocean. The renovated area has roof top terraces with storm drains that go into a filtration system but the older section has roof top terrace storm drains that only have cloth filters directly under their grates. Their rain flow goes directly into the ocean. Is it possible to get this credit given those older storm drains? Are there any filtration products that would help meet the requirements?

There are literally hundreds of products you can use to achieve this credit. Something as simple as a rain barrel could be used on the down spouts that directly discharge to the ocean.
