Just got the review comments back on a project.
For Uplight, Option #1 was selected. BUG rating of fixtures was provided.
For Light Trespass, Option #2 was selected. Site calculations were provided.
Comment back from Reviewer was that the Glare rating was too high for several fixtures. The glare rating is irrelevant since Option 2 was selected. Shake me head.

Bill, I can't comment on the accuracy of your points above (just not personally familiar enough with the skills required for that credit), but I have had PLENTY of experience with the GBCI reviewers not paying attention across the board. I regularly point this out to them in our comment responses if it is warranted, in the hopes that someone there will simply read what we've taken extra steps to provide as clearly as possible in our submissions.
