We have received review comments on MR4 that indicate the review team misread or mistyped something. For example, we have a recycled content rate just over 10% (we cut it close), and we have 45% of the spreadsheets uploaded. Our review comments state we achieved a 45% recycled content rate.
Is it necessary to point this out? I don't want to give them a reason to re-review and scrutinize the credit, but it seems strange to not clarify the situation. Has anyone else encountered this?

Yes, you should point it out to them. In LEED Online there is a way to contact your reviewing team. Send them a note pointing out the error and they will fix it. Keep it short, sweet and to the point. It likely won't even hit the main reviewers desk as it is a clerical error.
Yes, this has happened to me but with a different credit.
