Blair, great question...and unfortunately the answer is...it depends. 1. IO credits that were pilot credits now may have been dropped or absorbed into the main body of LEED EB. That would mean that they would not be valid for use again. 2. Credits that were exemplary performance 'might' still be available (check current status), 3. If you've gone from v2008 up to v4 in re-cert, many credits have different requirements to validate them for recert, 4. and then there's the dreaded 'credit creep' where previous data provided to GBCI and approved now is not enough (an example here is education where initially one GOOD eduction piece worked fine...now at least THREE are needed). Sorry that there is not a yes/no answer
