Retail tenant in a mall

If I am doing a retail store that is located in a large shopping mall can I use the other items in the mall to fulfill the 10 basic services? The rating system language says "no more than 1 service within the project boundary may be used as 1 of the 10 basic services". The other mall tenants will not be within the project boundary so I assume they should count towards the 10 basic services.

Yes, you can use the services located within the mall as long as they are outside the project boundary. That particular requirement applies when you are subdividing a large space into multiple uses such as a department store that has a restaurant and a photo studio or a supermarket with a bank branch.
