For the fourth year in a row, we’re proud to release our sustainability survey findings, based on the real-world knowledge and experience of our clients and partners, to help determine how sustainability, resilience and wellness are perceived by the commercial real estate industry. We’ve compiled these survey results in our 2019 report, which is ready for you to read and share. Additionally, those findings have been presented at this year’s annual Greenbuild conference in Atlanta, with external clients and partners already reaching out to tell us how valuable they find our survey data.
How can I use this?
This information can help you have more productive and informed discussions with your current and prospective clients or your internal teams. For example, we know that this year site attraction and retention as the #1 reason for including wellness amenities for properties and this year two-thirds of respondents say they will seek LEED certification on their projects - not just build to LEED standards. Either way, these are key conversations to be having with your clients and teams.
