We would like to certify a new construction residential project in Oman, 5 floors, 11.400 sqm in total, that would be 122 708.579 square feet.
LEED NC is for high-rise residential buildings (greater than 6 floors), can LEED NC anyway be used for this project? Otherwise, is it possible to use LEED Homes in Oman? As far as I am informed this requires a Green Rater and there is none in Oman.

Actually to be precise it is a group of 3 buildings that are mixed-use, they have prayer room, cantine and kitchen on the GF and residential units from 1st floor to 4th floor. These buildings are very close to each other, but they are not directly attached. There is no street or road between them. As far as I understand one option is a group or "block" certification. Is there any chance that I can certify these 3 parts of the building as one project without group certification? Do you have any experience with this?
