CS-v4 LTc3:High priority site

repositioned non-historic building in a historic DISTRICT

we're renovating a NON-HISTORIC building in a HISTORIC district.  new façade, new MEP systems, structural upgrades.  Does this meet the intent of Option 1?

That's the way I interpret the credit. The language says "locate the project in an historic district" so applies to any building in the historic district thereby promoting a healthy and active historic district per the intent of the credit.
