Report multiple electric meters on Energy Star Portfolio Manager

I am (finally) wrapping up documentation on a multi-tenant building.  It is a LEED-NC project because over 50% of the leaseable space is owner-occupied.  The building has 4 electric meters; 3 for leaseable spaces (VRV units, lighting, and plug loads) and 1 for house meter for central plant loads.

Per PI-Form 1 and EAc5 M+V, Option 3, I would like to set the owner up on Energy Star Portfolio Manager.  But how does he provide "whole-building energy usage data" if he doesn't received a couple of the tenant meter bills?  Does he need to track them manually by looking at their meters outside?

Many thanks!

Hi Edward, in many cases the utility company can provide the owner with whole building data that aggregates all meters. I'd check to see if that's a possibility since it can really streamline the data entry process on Portfolio Manager and gets you around some common issues with tenants not wanting to share their energy data.
