Replace All Filtration Media

Hi I am working on a project located in Tokyo Japan. We are aiming to pursue IEQ c1.5 and thinking about the requirements regarding the filtration media replacement right now. As replacing all filter will be very costly, is that acceptable to CLEAN filters instead of replace? Thanks.

Hi Ran, great question. I haven't seen anyone try this approach before. I think you'd need to submit a CIR and outline your proposed strategy. You should include some information in your CIR that demonstrates that a cleaned filter would have the same performance as the same filter purchased new. Please report back on the outcome if you do decide to submit a CIR!
