I'm working to certify a school in LEED EB:OM v4. The project wants to change all the spaces inside the school: different number of classrooms, a bigger canteen, new laboratories, big hall to welcome students... I think we will proceed emptying the old school and renew it with a new concept. Now I have a question: is it correct using the rating system LEED EB:OM v4 for this kind of work? Which is the difference between the major renovation?
