The credit requires to aggregate at least 1% of the project energy consumption based on EAp Min Energy Performance. For C&S, projects do we calculate the 1% of the WHOLE (including tenant space) building consumption to vie for the point? Or do we calculate the 1% of the Core and Shell spaces only (excludes tenant space)?
The requirements mentioned "Credit is based on the percentage of ownership or percentage of use assigned in the lease agreement." I'm not sure if this means, C&S spaces only.
